ACTIONBOT

ActionBot is one of the many tools available with the WalkMe product. It helps streamline and automate day-to-day processes. At WalkMe, We implemented this on our very own Learning Management System to help expedite incoming requests from internal members of the organization.

Role

I spent a lot of time doing administrative management of our LMS and handling requests from our customer success team for the progress of their customers and enrolling them into the correct courses.

Ops

The challenge with our LMS was there was no clear way to enroll new users into the LMS so they could move forward with their onboarding process.
