In my role as a Senior Instructional Designer, I successfully undertook a variety of projects that encompassed diverse areas of focus. These initiatives included spearheading the development of a vocational program designed to certify customers on WalkMe's product line. I also played a pivotal role in curriculum and course development, ensuring that our educational materials were robust and easy to understand. Additionally, I directed efforts towards enhancing the operational efficiencies of the team, implementing strategies and processes to streamline our workflow and maximize productivity.

Digital Adoption Institute

Education and Certification Program

Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing team to develop the Digital Adoption Institute with the goal of empowering customers and public audiences alike to implement WalkMe solutions for their tech investments.

Curriculum and Course Development

Built out the curriculum for the technical training of the WalkMe product. Courses, lessons, and exercises were carefully crafted to ensure the success of customer and internal employee product adoption or onboarding.

ActionBot

Operational Efficiency

Championed our own product, WalkMe ActionBot, to improve onboarding experiences on our LMS. This was an effort to decrease administrative overhead by automating these tasks. I also applied my experience working with the product in order to provide feedback and collaborate with the engineering team to implement new capabilities .
